You hire our company so you don't have to worry about the outside maintenance of your property. With timely scheduling, you can be assured that your property will be regularly maintained within previously agreed conditions. Our clients do not expect to have to call and request our services when we know we are supposed to be there. We go beyond passive maintenance services and look after your property twelve months a year, suggesting services that need completed. This is an added bonus for our out-of-town owners and managers that have other priorities. Besides offering all of these outstanding services, Jay-Crew Landscape offers twelve month contract invoicing. This allows managers to budget for landscape services all year long. We will provide an estimate on all services that you request, total up all prices and divide this evenly over the entire year. These are not unusual questions for a homeowner – and Jay-Crew Landscape has the answers. We will get you on a regular schedule of weeding and pruning that works for your landscape needs. Once a month, or even weekly – whichever you prefer.
We also offer seasonal services such as top-dressing mulch beds in the spring, summer touch-up pruning, leaf removal in the fall, or putting perennials "to bed" for the winter.
After installation, we are available for weekly watering, fertilizing, and dead-heading to make sure your landscaping looks great year-round. |
